For the love of God

A friend asked me for a link to last year’s “For the love of God” series. So I’ve tagged the series, and you can now see all the posts listed together under these two tags: Part 1 and Part 2. If you missed this series, I reckon it was fantastic – 26 guest-posts on a wide range of theologians from various traditions, with a special focus on contemporary theological thinkers.

Just curious (in a very disinterested way, of course...) as to why #20 is missing from part 2.

Oops, sorry about that! I've fixed that now.

What? No Orthodox?

Thanks very Friend Ben! :-) I had just discovered this blog at the end of the series and never got the chance to read more than one or two of them.

Wouldn't it be easier and more convenient to simply post an index which lists all of the guest posts in order and then add that index to the "Popular Posts" section in the sidebar? It seems like this would be the best option.

Such a pleasure to see that Flannery O'Connor was included in this series ...

Ben, if you ever want to do a sequel to the series, I have a whole list of suggested entries and would love to say why I love John Howard Yoder! :-)

Hi David -- yes, it would be much better to compile a proper index, but I'm afraid I just don't have time at the moment. (In contrast, it only takes a few seconds to tag the posts like this.)

And yes, Michael, I was thinking just yesterday that the series really lacks your post on Yoder!

Twenty-seven: one for every book of the NT, rather than twenty-six (one for every letter).
