To dance beneath the diamond sky
With one hand waving free

or flying in the sky with diamonds ... until Lucy brings the LSD. Wishing I was flying to Philadelphia to be a fly on the wall. At least the sun is shining down here.

Yeah, I wish I were flying (by aeroplane, that is) to the SBL as well. Two of the societies I'm in, the Karl Barth Society and the T. F. Torrance Theological Fellowship, are meeting there today as well. Sigh. But, as you say, it's some consolation that the weather is better on our side of the equator.

It's a shame we can't hitch that far. You know, dance beneath the diamond sky with one hand waving down an aeroplane.... reckon it would work?

Oh well, enjoy the sun and congratulations on the soccer!
