G. K. Chesterton and distributism

One more Sydney theology event that I neglected to mention: this coming weekend, Campion College will be holding a G. K. Chesterton conference, on the theme of Chesterton's economic theory. The Campion library also has a special research collection of Chesterton-related materials – and they have a Chesterton conference every year.

I am putting this comment for "The Chosen People: a sermon for 9/11" under this post as I am unable to access "The Chosen People" comments. In Ben Myers' comment he says "I've been away all weekend.....It's a shame Kim's sermon had to get hijacked by a completely different disccusion (which has, I take it, spilled over...)"
Yes, indeed, what a shame when issues from another blog spill over onto this blog. And people get hurt. And they get doubly hurt when somebody else's "hurt" seems to be given priority.

Dear Pamela,
it is most amusing how the people who who most enjoy being upset seem to willfully misread another's purpose, no one's 'hurt' is being prioritized, the discussion has simply become fruitless because entirely unrelated to the content, none who are wise seek to be judges, remember 'the LORD is our judge, the LORD is our lawgiver, the LORD is our king, he will save us'. O blessed trinity!. Peace out it's time to get 'cool in a kaftan, love and peace - man'

Mr Mutchell,
You are amused, that's good. You've discerned I "enjoy being upset", very perceptive.
You've judged that 'no-one's hurt is being prioritized', again insightful of you.
And you've passed on the wisdom that "none who are wise seek to be judges'. It's comforting to know you don't fall into that category.
btw, I would be amused to see you in a 'kaftan'. Peace brother. Stay karma.
